La Familia

Lately, my family and I have been spending so much time together that it had my sister and I thinking there was some huge bad news about our family cos it was too good to be true. But nope, no bad news, just the Christmas spirit in the air, getting inhaled by everyone in the household thus making us all generous and cheery and spontaneous and easier to be persuaded hehe.

We went to the mall earlier to bond and to run some errands. We first went to Metro and my sister went to her happy place aka Carolinas while I got my picture taken with the wall of tupperwares.

After that we went to Town and convinced ourselves to fall in line for some donuts mehehe. So while in line, we took pictures and people watched and people watched some more.

After getting our donuts, we went to the best food court in the world since it was a choice between that and the neighboring Chinese restaurant which my sister and I weren't in the mood for. Here is what happened then.................

And so the House of Mesina set forth towards where the hearty scents of various spices and whatnot were coming from. A large feast was then held for the reason that the House of Mesina's hunger rivaled that of a lion who is very very very very very hungry. After their sumptuous meal, they wandered around the vast mall and found themselves in Hobbes and Landes where the head of the House was challenged by a fresh opponent on a game of Game of the Generals. Accounts say that this was done so since the head looked ready for slumber and so was kept awake while the lasses set about and looked at what the said shop has to offer.

Joke's On You

I painted yesterday and used up the last page of my sketch pad from last year yay. It was really nice to just paint and unwind. I could definitely see myself doing it in the future like in a remote cottage or something or on a balcony in a house in Ireland nyahaha.

Had to leave it at this since we had to leave 

 We went to the mall to accompany my sister in buying her shoes hehe. It was our first time after a million years of going to the mall as a family. Lately it's always been just me and my sister or me and my friends or my sister alone or my mum and dad only or my sister and my parents together.

 I was so so so so so so so so so stoked to go home so I could sit in my room and continue painting hehehehe.

Pangasinan

Greetings! I am now back from the dead yay. This week has been stressful yadda yadda and to end our week, (omg I just realized why weekends are called weekends, because they end the week wow) we went to our grandparents' place in Pangasinan for my grandpa's birthday. We stopped for a while and ate at SM Rosales and lo and behold, they we're in the middle of their 3-Day Sale woopieeee.

We went back to the car after a quick shop and headed to Mapandan. What I love the most about road trips are the super funny auti moments my sister and I always have in the back seat of the car haha. I think our parents' ears got way abused hehe.

My sister dubbed thee as the 'invisible sneaky man'

I originally planned on spending my Saturday with my packed canvases and paints. I imagined myself basking in the fresh breeze and being one with nature and all that but instead I ended up freaking myself out by having an American Horror Story marathon hehe. Seriously, how could I miss the beauty of that show? I'm so addicted to it right now huhu but I did feel stupid for watching it the entire day when night time came and had me all paranoid and jumpy hihi.

Around 5 in the afternoon, I had this strong urge to indulge in sweets. I became Pregger Gab with my cravings hehe. So we went to town to satisfy our cravings. My cupcake craving, my sister's ukay ukay craving and my mum's church craving. 

After offering candles in the church, we looked for the ukay ukay place around town. And my my my did that ukay place put all the other ukay places I've been to here in Manila to shame. I swear, it was the most amazing place in the entire ukay-verse. 

P.S. I did not get the chance to eat a cupcake :(
