An Abundance of Eyes

I've always enjoyed drawing eyes but I haven't done much eye paintings since I don't wanna make botched eyes. Almost all of my paintings have blank white spaces for eyes or if it's not of that, my painting would be of just one zoomed-in eye. I really can't paint a decent eye with a decent face. Somehow, I have to choose between painting an eye alone or a face sans eyes hehe. Anyway, I went on a painting frenzy over the weekend and painted 5 eyes in a row in just one day! It felt really good with the light coming from my window, the good music playing and just me and my brush hihi. I hope I can make super duper plenty more of these hehe enough for them to become like trading cards he he he.

Joke's On You

I painted yesterday and used up the last page of my sketch pad from last year yay. It was really nice to just paint and unwind. I could definitely see myself doing it in the future like in a remote cottage or something or on a balcony in a house in Ireland nyahaha.

Had to leave it at this since we had to leave 

 We went to the mall to accompany my sister in buying her shoes hehe. It was our first time after a million years of going to the mall as a family. Lately it's always been just me and my sister or me and my friends or my sister alone or my mum and dad only or my sister and my parents together.

 I was so so so so so so so so so stoked to go home so I could sit in my room and continue painting hehehehe.

Oh My Gouache

I finally had a free chill day this sembreak and I spent it by painting, doing my homework, lounging and playing with our doggies. I also realized that I resort to painting eye-less faces when I'm painting just for fun.

Sembreak is nearing its end and DST is fast approaching. The wind is getting crisper and colder by the day. Only a few weeks left til we start singing carols hehe. This is why I love the ber months.

Darth Vader

Yesterday, I finished a painting of Darth Vader for my nephew who lives in Germany + I got all my work homework and projects done + I finished the entire first season of Awkward. This weekend has been quite the most productive one of this year! I hope I can top it before the year ends ☺

Vena Cava

Last Thursday, our Biology student teacher who has a lovely creative streak told us to draw the human heart! He also demanded that it should be colored. I've always wanted to draw the heart but looking at the pictures made it seem too complex for me. But then last night I had the sudden urge to finish all of my school works heehee so I did it!
